Return Exchange and Refund Policy

• This is a made to order SKU and we do have margins built in for minor size alters at your end. There is no return or refund after making a purchase.
• If the product is defective then only the product will be exchanged provided that the defect was intimated by the purchaser within 24hours of delivery. For any return/exchange product tags must not be cut or removed from the garment and garment unused/unworn.
• Do drop in a mail with images of the product in question within 24 hours of deliver. The customer will have to accept the final decision made by label KAJOL GOYAL.
• The exchange product will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

Refund Policy

At Kajol Goyal, we follow a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including sizing concerns, change of mind, or delivery delays.

Exchange is only applicable in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered. In such cases:

The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email at customercare@kajolgoyal.com, along with unboxing video and photos of the product.

After review and approval, the exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 14 business days

Please note:

Exchange will not be entertained if the product has been used, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
